Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Route Grabber account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this — directly inside the app or by contacting us via email.
Option 1 — Delete Inside the App
This is the fastest method. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.
Open Route Grabber
Launch the app on your Android device.
Open the Side Menu
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the home screen.
Go to Profile
Tap Profile in the side menu.
Tap “Delete Account”
Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.
Done
Your account and all data are permanently deleted. You will be signed out immediately.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address associated with your account and we will delete it within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (email, display name)
- All saved automation workflows and configurations
- All run history, statistics, and session data
- All app preferences and settings synced to your account
What May Be Retained
The following minimal data may be retained temporarily for legal or technical reasons:
- Anonymous, non-identifiable crash reports — retained up to 14 months per Firebase Crashlytics policy, then automatically deleted
- Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics — retained up to 14 months per Firebase Analytics policy, then automatically deleted
Neither of these contains your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
Account Deletion Timeframe
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days. All personal data is fully purged from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request.
